基于动态级差的年度电量计划模型

摘    要:研究分析了小火电企业的边际补偿问题,提出了2种采用动态级差编制火电机组年度电量计划的数学模型,在年度电量计划制定时更大程度地促进节能减排目标的实现。2种模型适合于不同特点的电网。

Abstract:The marginal compensation of small fossil-fuel power plants is researched.In order to promote energy conservation and pollutant emission reduction more effectively, two kinds of mathematical models, which take on dynamic grade difference to draft annual generation schedule for fossil fuel-fired generation units, are put forward.The two mathematical models are suitable to two kinds of power grids possessing different characteristics..
