电炉流程冲击下高炉-转炉流程的对策

摘    要:分析电炉流程对高炉—转炉流程冲击的具体背景。指出高炉—转炉流程企业的对策:对大型联合企业应是发挥其固有优势,与电炉厂拉开距离,优化企业结构,降低成本,提高生产率等;对中、小型企业由于这种击冲较小,仍存在生存和发展的空间。这两种流程的钢厂,存在一种相辅相成、合理分工,同时又互相促进、互相竞争的关系。

Abstract:pecific background about the impact of the electric are furnace route onto the blast furnace-converter processing route is analysed and countermeasures for those enterprises adopting the blast furnace-converter route are pointed out.viz for the large scale integrated enterprises their intrinsical superiority over steel makers with the electric are furnace shall be brought into full play and far larger distance between them be well maintained by optimizing the structure of the enterprise,reducing operating cost and raising productivity;and for the mediun and small ones there is still space enough for their survival and development at present.In fact a relationship exists between steel works adopting both processing routes,that is to complement each other with a rational division of work in them,and to compete with and promote each other at the Same time.
