基于IEEE1394b接口的音膜在线检测系统的设计

摘    要:基于光学技术、图像处理技术和自动控制技术等设计了基于IEEE1394b高速接口的音膜在线检测系统,实现音膜同心度的非接触自动化在线检测.结果表明:该系统性能可靠,可以快速计算音膜的同心度参数且准确率高.

Abstract:Optical technology,image processing technology and automatic control technology were used to design the online voice diaphragm detection system based on IEEE1394b interface.The automatic non-contact online detection of voice diaphragm concentricity was implemented.The results show that the system is reliable.The calculation of concentricity parameters is quick and the results are precise.
