摘    要:以九级涡轮盘为研究对象,通过有限元模拟获得优化的锻造工艺和设计,并生产试制出晶粒细化的涡轮盘。

Abstract:Through finite element simulation of nine class turbine disc,the optimization forging process and design are obtained.Based on process improvement,the turbine disc with fine grain size is successful trial-manufacture.Taking ninth level turbine disk as research object,the optimized forging process and design are obtained by finite element simulation and the turbine disk with fine grain size is manufactured successfully in trial.
