大型支承辊锻坯端面裂纹状缺陷分析

摘    要:材质为YB-50的大型支承辊锻坯在锻后热处理后机加工前发现其冒口端辊颈端面有两条裂纹状缺陷,尺寸较大的一条纵向长度达2 500 mm。对该大型支承辊锻坯进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、裂纹状缺陷金相特征、裂纹状缺陷宏观和微观断口分析。根据裂纹状缺陷金相特征、裂纹状缺陷宏观和微观断口分析判定,裂纹状缺陷属缩孔残余或二次缩孔。

Abstract:The roll neck end face on riser of YB-50 large backup roll forged blank is found two crack-like defects after post forging heat treatment and before machining.The larger size of vertical length is 2 500 mm.The large backup roll forged blank is performed analysis on chemical composition,mechanical properties,microstructure,crack-like defect metallographical character,macro-and micro-crack-like defects.Based on above indicates,the crack-like defects are residual shrinkage or secondary pipe.
