大型密封式高温设备温场校准方法的研究

摘    要:大型密封式高温设备温场的准确性和真空密封性直接关系到产品质量。以热压罐为例,利用炉温跟踪仪和无线压力模块对其进行现场校准,根据温场分布和温场性能等校准结果,分析其是否满足工艺要求。详细介绍了测量装置的构成,给出了热压罐测量方法,最终得到该型热压罐温场性能结果。

Abstract:The accuracy of temperature field and vacuum tightness of large sealed high temperature equipment are directly related to product quality. Taking the hot-pressing tank as an example,the furnace temperature tracker and wireless pressure module are used to calibrate it on the spot. According to the calibration results of temperature field distribution and temperature field performance,whether it meets the process requirements is analyzed. The structure of the measuring device is introduced in detail,the measuring method of the autoclave is given,and finally the temperature field performance results of the autoclave are obtained.
