基于ProCAST数值模拟的马氏体不锈钢折流器铸造工艺优化

摘    要:结合马氏体不锈钢折流器的结构特点和质量要求, 设计了一种平做立浇工艺方案和环形底注侧入式浇注系统, 保证了折流器铸件平稳充型。根据初始方案模拟结果合理布置外冷铁、保温冒口和调整明冒口尺寸, 最终将铸件缺陷率从24.2%大幅降低到1.56%, 保证了铸件的致密性和综合机械性能。

Casting process optimization of martensitic stainless steel baffle based on ProCAST numerical simulation

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and quality requirements of martensitic stainless steel baffle, a horizontal vertical pouring process scheme and an annular bottom pouring side entry gating system were designed to ensure the smooth filling of baffle castings. The simulation results of the initial scheme show the defect rate of castings was greatly reduced from 24.2% to 1.56%. It ensured the compactness and comprehensive mechanical properties of castings.
