电场辐射敏感度测量不确定度评定的研究

摘    要:本文选择了RS103电磁辐射敏感度项目进行了测量不确定度的评定方法的研究。依据GJB151B-2013标准所规定的测试方法,分析出测量过程中包含的不确定度的分量,包括场强监视器、场强探头等设备引入的不确定度分量。根据分析建立数学模型,并对每一个引入的不确定度分量进行了详细介绍和计算,最终计算出RS103的扩展测量不确定度。

Abstract:In this paper, we selected the electromagnetic radiation sensitivity item RS103 to study the evaluation method of measurement uncertainty. According to the standard test methods stipulated by GJB151 B-2013, we analyzed each components of uncertainty contained in the measurement process, including the uncertainty component introduced by equipment such as field intensity monitor and field intensity probe. According to the analysis, we established a mathematical model, introduced and calculated each uncertainty component in detail, and finally calculated the extended measurement uncertainty of RS103.
