摘    要:利用金相、SEM等分析方法,取样分析了某电炉厂EAF—LF—VD—CC流程GCr15轴承钢精炼过程非金属夹杂物的行为,试验结果表明,LF处理后夹杂物以云团状Al2O2、点状不变形夹杂物和硫化物为主;VD处理后Al2O3和点状不变形夹杂物明显减少,而含钙、镁、铝、硫等的复合夹杂有所增加;成材试样中未发现点状不变形夹杂物,只有少量尺寸很小的三氧化二铝、硫化物和含钙、镁、铝、硫等的复合夹杂。精炼过程夹杂数量呈下降趋势,并分析了各类夹杂物的来源.

Abstract:By the methods of optical microscopy and SEM, the transformation of non-metallic inclusions of bearing steel GCrl5 has been studied,which was produced in a certain electric strove factory whose smelting process is EAF - LF - VD - CC. Results show that inclusions in LF procedure are mainly Al2O3 like cluster,ametabolic punctuate inclusions and sulfide. After procedure of VD, the amount of Al2O3 and ametabolic punctuate inclusions reduce sharply. Whereas the complicated inclusions with Ca, Mg, Al, S and so on, have a growth in some degree. No ametabolic punctuate inclusions have been found in the sample of finished steel. There are only a bit of small sized Al2O3, sulfide and complicated inclusions with Ca, Mg, Al, S, etc. Inclusions are less and less in the process of refining and the origin of inclusions has been certified.
