聚氨酯-金属复合物的制备及抑菌性能

摘    要:首先以PBT(Mn=2000)、DMPA、TDI制得含羧基水性聚氨酯(WPU),再与Ag+、Zn2+、Al3等金属离子复合制得一种水性聚氨酯-金属离子复合型的抗茵新材料.通过IR、TG对其结构和性能表征,结果表明金属离子和聚氨酯进行了复合,复合物中金属离子Ag+、Zn2+、Al3+的含量分别为14.64%、10.00%、4.52%.溶胀率测定结果表明:水性聚氨酯-金属离子复合物都具有一定的溶胀性,其溶胀率WPU-Al>WPU-Zn>WPU-Ag.抗茵试验结果表明:3种复合物对大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌有一定的抑菌性能,其中WPU-Ag.抗茵效果最好.

Abstract:Water-soluble polyurethane (WPU) with carboxyl function group was synthesized with polybutylene terephthalate (PBT, Mn=2000) ,dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and toluene diisocyanate(TDI).A new kind of antibacterial material was prepared by ionic complex of Ag+ , Zn2+ and Al3+ with WPU as carrier. Its structure was characterized by IR spectra. The results of TG showed that the content of metallic ion Ag+ ,Zn2+ and Al3+ were 14.64 % ,10.00 % and 4.52 % , respectively. The degree of swelling of the polymers (WPU-Al>WPU-Zn>WPU-Ag) seemed to be related to the electronic structure of the transition metals. The antibacterial tests of the WPU-metal ion complexes showed that the three complexes had antibacterial activity, where WPU-Ag was the best.
