摘    要:针对延川南煤层气田部分排采井因杆管腐蚀造成的检泵作业,开展了排采井防腐工艺的技术研究。分析了排采井的气体成分和地层产出水成分,研究了不同材质在不同水型条件下的腐蚀规律,并在此基础上找出了延川南区块杆管腐蚀的主要原因,优选KD-H03-1#型和KD-H03-2#型两种缓蚀剂。该工艺在Y3-40-24U等5口井开展了现场试验,措施后排采井日产液2.8 m3,日产气585.29 m3。结果表明:Ca Cl2水型下加缓蚀剂KD-H03-1#能延缓井下杆、管、泵的腐蚀,延长检泵周期,为延川南区块排采井的连续性排采提供了新的技术支持。

Corrosion resistance technology for rod and tube in drainage wells in South Yanchuan coalbed methane ifeld

Abstract:In view of pump inspection caused by corrosion to rod and tube in some drainage wells in South Yanchuan coalbed methane field, research has been conducted on corrosion resistance technology for drainage wells. The gas components from drainage wells and the components of produced formation water are analyzed; research has been done on the corrosion law of various materials in different water type conditions, and based on this, the main causes have been identified for rod and tube corrosion in South Yanchuan Block, and two corrosion inhibitors are selected: KD-H03-1# and KD-H03-2#. This technology was tested on five wells, including Well Y3-40-24U; After treatment, the daily fluid production of drainage wells was 2.8 m3 and daily gas production was 585.29 m3. The result shows that addition of KD-H03-1# inhibitor to CaCl2 water type can delay corrosion to downhole rod, tubing and pump and can extend the pump inspection period, providing new technical support for continuous drainage and production of drainage wells in South Yanchuan Block.
