哈萨克斯坦S油田浅层水平井完井工艺

摘    要:为了提高哈萨克斯坦S油田单井产量,开展了水平井完井工艺研究。利用Joshi公式计算不同水平井段长度下的油井产能变化趋势,优选了水平井段长度范围;利用出砂量、储层的声波时差数据、孔隙度等参数,综合评价了水平井井眼稳定性,认为S油田水平井必须采用适度防砂工艺;通过分析储层温度、黏土含量等因素和现有水平井防砂完井方式现状,认为S油田水平井不适合采用化学防砂方法,只能采用割缝筛管防砂方法;结合S油田代表性井的砂样粒度分布分析结果,对筛管缝宽进行优化设计,确定最终筛管缝宽值为0.6 mm。设计的水平井完井工艺在S油田进行了4口井的现场应用,其中S-431H和S-432H水平井产量达到垂直井的2.5~3倍,S-614H和S-615H水平井产量达到同油田垂直井的8~10倍,取得良好的增产效果。

Completion technology for shallow horizontal wells of S Oilifeld in Kazakhstan

Abstract:Research on well completion for horizontal wells is developed to improve single-well output of S Oilfield in Kazakhstan. Joshi Formula is used to calculate change trend of oil well capacity in different lengths of horizontal well segments, and length range of horizontal well segments is optimized. Borehole stability of horizontal wells is under integrated assessment by making use of sand production rate, interval transit time of reservoirs, porosity and other parameters, and proper sand control process is necessary for horizontal wells of S Oilfield. It is considered upon analysis of reservoir temperature, clay content and other factors as well as the current situation of sand control and well completion methods for the existing horizontal wells that chemical sand control method is not suitable for horizontal wells of S Oilfield, and only the sand control method of slotted sieve tubes can be adopted Optimization design is conducted for slot width of screen tubes in combination with sand sample size distribution analysis results for representative wells of S Oilfield, and final width of sieve tube slot is determined to be 0.6 mm. The designed well completion process for horizontal wells is put in field application for 4 wells of S Oilfield. The output of S-431H and horizontal well S-431H reaches 2.5-3 times of that of vertical wells, and the output of S-615H and horizontal well S-615H even reaches 8 times to 10 times oilfield, showing a sound yield-increasing effect.
