旋转固井技术在特殊井眼条件下的应用研究

摘    要:文23-6J井是落鱼井文23-6X井的一口平行救援井,为连通并有效封堵文23-6X井,4次实施侧钻,井眼条件十分复杂,固井施工难度较大。经研究决定应用旋转固井技术,通过分析该井施工难点,优化设计固井套管串结构、套管悬挂器,并应用性能优良的弹性微膨胀水泥浆体系,提高了固井质量,保证了井筒的密封性,达到了文23储气库建库目的。现场应用表明,通过合理优化施工参数,在特殊井眼条件下采用旋转固井技术能够有效提高固井质量,并为旋转固井技术的进一步应用提供了技术支撑。

Research on application of rotary cementing technology under special wellbore conditions

Abstract:Well Wen 23-6J is a parallel relief well to Well Wen 23-6 X , which has litters in it. In order to connect and effectively seal off Wen 23-6X, sidetracking was carried for four times. The wellbore conditions were extremely complex, and cementing job was of great difficulty. It was decided that rotary cementing technology be used. By analyzing the cementing difficulties in this well, optimizing the design of cementing casing string structure and casing hanger and using quality cement system, the cementing quality was improved, which ensured effective sealing of the wellbore and realized the goal of construction of gas storage in Well Wen 23. Field application shows that, through proper optimization of cementing parameters, the rotary cementing technology can effectively improve cementing quality under special wellbore conditions and provide reference for further application of rotary cementing technology.
