柱塞气举排水采气远程控制系统

摘    要:柱塞气举排水采气技术自动化程度高、滑脱损失小,能有效排除低产、间歇生产气井的积液,在苏里格气田应用200余口井效果良好。但是,在现场应用中发现该技术需要人工到井口进行制度调参,管理强度比较大。针对此问题,在气田数字化技术的基础上,开展了柱塞气举排水采气远程控制的技术研究,开发出了可以远程控制、智能诊断与分析的柱塞气举排水采气远程控制系统,有效提高了气井生产的管理水平,节省了人力物力。

Remote control system for drainage gas recovery by plunger lift

Abstract:The drainage gas recovery technique with plunger lift is highly automated with small slippage loss, and can effectively remove the accumulated fluid in gas wells of low production and intermittent production. It is effectively used in more than 200 wells in Sulige Gasfield. However, it is found in field application that this technique needs manual adjust of system parameters at the wellhead, so the management intensity is great. In line with this problem and based on gas field digitalization technology, the research was conducted on remote control of drainage gas recovery by plunger lift, and the remote control system for drainage gas recovery using plunger lift has been developed which incorporates remote control, intelligent diagnosis and analysis, and effectively improves management level of gas wells production, saving human and material resources.
