基于小波变换的弹载图像分辨率及帧频控制

摘    要:针对弹载视频图像在战场中的应用背景,分析了在进行弹载图像信源压缩编码时对图像分辨率及帧频的特殊处理要求。在简要介绍了小波变换及其逆变换的理论后,给出了基于小波变换的弹载视频图像的分辨率及帧频动态控制的数学模型。结合小波视频编解码专用芯片ADV611/ADV612对在进行弹载视频图像压缩编解码系统的设计时如何实现图像分辨率及帧频的控制给出了参考建议。

Abstract:In view of the application of onboard video image in the battle field,the special qualification to image resolution and frame rate is analyzed as onboard image is compressed.After introducing the wavelet transform and reverse transform briefly,the mathematical models which are achieved by the wavelet transform indicate how to control image resolution and frame rate dynamically.Reference suggestions are proposed to show how to control resolution and frame rate when the encoder and decoder of(on)board video image is designed with the special chip ADV611 or ADV612 that encode and decode image with wavelet transform.
