缓蚀剂加注工艺系统研究

加注缓蚀剂是减缓酸性油气田井口、设备及管道电化学腐蚀的主要技术措施之一。三十多年来四川各大气田在含硫气井上采用滴注缓蚀剂，在输送含硫气管线上采用泵注缓蚀剂，效果还比较理想。90年代初期开发四川磨溪气田时，采用同样的方法加注缓蚀剂，投产不到5年，井下及地面设备、管线就受到严重腐蚀，威胁到气田正常生产。其主要原因之一是对缓蚀剂的加注成膜机理不了解，仅按以往经验数据决定加注量，再加上磨溪含硫气田天然气中不含凝析油，含有高氯离子盐水加速了腐蚀。本课题针对含硫气田高矿化度盐水腐蚀问题，进行了缓蚀剂成膜机理分析、加注量计算及加注工艺研究，提出了包括加注工艺流程和装置在内的缓蚀剂加注工艺技术设计和实施方案，完成了施工图设计。并将这些方案及设计推广使用在川内其它酸性气田上，取得了较满意效果。

On Process.System to Inject Corrosion Inhibitor

To counter corrosion problem arisins from brine water with high salinity in acid gas field,this article analyzes forming mechanism of inhibitor membrane,Calculates inhibitor injection volume,examines injection process, proposes process design and practice for inhibitor injection including technological process and units. The design and process have been spreaded and used in Sichuan Province,obtheing good results.
