呼吸裂纹故障动力特性及特征提取方法的研究

摘    要:提出了故障行为特征提取的概念。对呼吸裂纹转子系统进行了以故障诊断为背景的动力学分析。提出了呼吸裂纹的界定方法。建立了呼吸裂纹转子系统的集总化模型,并利用数值方法对其求解。对开关函数和时变刚度的物理性质进行了深入讨论。用幅值谱对处于相对于裂纹不同位置处的振动响应进行了分析比较,根据差异,提出多测点信号幅值谱比较和构造复信号进行瞬时频率分析的特征提取方法,数值仿真和实验验证表明该方法是可行的。

Abstract:Put forward the concept of signature extracting of fault behaviors.Breath cracked rotor is studied aiming at fault diagnosis.Put forward the methods that can estimate the type of crack.The discrete model of breath rotor system is built,and numerical analysis is used to resolve the differential equation.The physics characters of open_close model and time_varying stiffness are discussed.The vibration response amplitude spectra at two different positions relative to crack are compared and the differences between instantaneous frequencies in two spectra are taken as signature extracted.The numerical simulation and experimental verification indicate the method is feasible.
