| 摘 要： | 针对两轴运动系统的实际情况,设计了相应的交叉耦合控制系统,并对该交叉耦合控制系统的效果进行了分析和研究。仿真实验表明,交叉耦合控制系统在两轴运动平台的控制中取得了良好的效果,有效地减小了系统的轮廓误差。

| Abstract: | Aims at the practical situation of the two-axis motion system,a cross coupling control system for the two-axis motion system is designed and then analyzes its control effectiveness.The simulation results indicates the cross coupling control system of the two-axis motion system obtains better performance than conventional controller,and effectively reduce the system contour error. |
