整流级无零矢量TSMC的研究

摘    要:根据双级式矩阵变换器(Twostage Matrix Converter简称TSMC)的工作原理,讨论了整流级和逆变级的调制策略。分析了双向开关整流级无零矢量的调制目的,推导了占空比的数学表达式。并用PSIM仿真软件对TSMC的调制策略进行验证,仿真结果表明了理论分析的正确性,为TSMC的实现提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the operational principle of two stage matrix converter, the modulation strategies of rectifier stage and inverter stage are discussed. The modulation goal of rectifier stage is made up of bi-directional switch without zero vectors are analyzed. The mathematical expressions of duty ratio are deduced. The modulation strategies of TSMC are tested and verified with PSIM software. Simulation results show the validity of theoretical analysis. Thus provides a theory basis for realization.
