| 摘 要： | 通过分析龙湾区海城片主要用于断开客水、调节控制片区内洪水位与泄洪,但由于现状地势低、区域范围小、周边客水来水量大、人为因素等原因容易造成洪涝,介绍了龙湾区海城片的防洪排涝体系建设方案,对该方案进行效能分析,提出了对该片区采取防御对策及措施.

| Abstract: | The complex aspects,such as lower topographical feature,limited region,heavy foreign water,and human facts as well,lead to flood in Haicheng District,Longwan,which functions as the controlling area to disconnect the foreign flood and to keep proper flood level.The flood-control and drainage system is discussed in the paper and the conducting performance is also illustrated.It therefore proves that the defensive measures mentioned in the paper is feasible. |
