| Abstract: | According to the urban planning drawing-up characteristics, the paper discussed the urban design in the construction planning of small cities and towns from urban whole physical appearance,humanist appearance,structure relationship building.The urban construction planning connotation was deepened reform and makes small cities and towns construction planning more scientific and proper. |
