| Abstract: | The training target of the enterprise is to provide human resources of high quality to realize the enterprise strategy. So, the construction of part - time trainer team in enterprise is very important. Correct knowledge of the important role of part - time trainer, establishment of clear training target and principle, scientifically and reasonable set - up of training courses and program are the approach to construction and cultivation of part - time trainer in enterprise. |
