基于LabVIEW的滚动轴承故障诊断系统

摘    要:通过对滚动轴承工作特性及其故障研究,设计了基于LabVIEW软件的滚动轴承故障诊断系统。分析了滚动轴承振动机理与失效形式,运用共振解调分析与希尔伯特变换作为滚动轴承故障诊断的方法。通过对轴承支持架故障分析表明该系统对滚动轴承故障诊断正确有效。

Abstract:A fault diagnosis system of rolling bearing based on LabVIEW is presented according to the research of bearing's running and fault characteristic.The mechanism of rolling bearing failure and the characteristic frequency is analyzed,then the method is proposed taking advantage of the resonance demodulation and Hilbert transformation.The system was used to the analysis of bearing retainer and showed validity and effectiveness to rolling bearing diagnosis.
