Fe24Mn0.5C形变孪晶诱发塑性钢的显微组织和力学性能

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和电子万能试验机等研究了Fe24Mn0.5C形变孪晶诱发塑性钢的组织和力学性能.结果表明:该钢在室温下为单一的奥氏体组织,拉伸时产生形变孪晶诱发塑性效应,开始产生形变孪晶,并且随着应变量的增加形变孪晶逐渐增加;随着拉伸速度减小,该钢的均匀伸长率呈轻微上升趋势,但屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率明显升高;与高强度应变诱发塑性590钢相比,该钢具有较高的能量吸收值.

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of the Fe24Mn0.5C twinning induced plasticity(TWIP) steel were investigated using optical microscope,XRD and universal tensile testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of the tested steel was austenite at room temperature.Deformation twin appeared during tensile test and increased with increasing strain.When the tensile speed decreased the uniform elongation increased lightly,however the yield strength,tensile strength and elongation after fractur...
