| 摘 要： | 阐述了转移涂料的组成，配制和主要性能，水玻璃覆膜砂的配制以及微波加热固化工艺规范，并进行了浇注试验，结果表明，采用水玻璃覆膜砂转移性涂料制芯所获得的铸件内腔表面光滑，尺寸精度高。

| Abstract: | The ingredient processes and the main properties of the trasferred coating, and the ingredient of sodium silicate precoated sand and the curing procedure with microwave heating were described. In addition, the casting experiment was carried out. The results were shown that the inside surfaces with the cores coated the trasferred coating were smooth and that the casting sizes were accurate. |
