| 摘 要： | 弹性圆柱销是标准件 ,由于制造简单 ,许多具备一定加工能力的企业 ,在用量较大时 ,往往自己加工而不外购。针对井下单体液压支柱上所使用的弹性圆柱销加工中所出现的裂纹问题 ,进行了分析并提出了解决办法。

| Abstract: | The elastic pin is standard component ,it is usually processed by many factory of a lot of working ability and not purchased when the amount of use is too many because of the manufactory sample .In this paper crackle problem in the processing of elastic pin which is used in underground single hydraulic support is analyzed on mechanics and resolution is put forward. |
