收尘系统电滤器技术改造实践

摘    要:在分析韶关冶炼厂Ⅱ熔炼冲渣收尘系统电滤器阴极电晕线经常烧断原因的基础上,通过电晕线更型及其安装方式的改进、更换供电装置以适应电滤器运行、增设瓷质异鞍环、喷雾调节烟气湿度等措施,延长了电晕线的使用寿命,电滤器能有效治理高比电阻烟尘,排放烟气含尘由180 mg/m3(均值)下降到5 mg/m3(均值),除尘效率达99.7%以上。

Technical Improvement of Electric Filter in Dust Collection System

Abstract:The paper analyzes the reason of often breakdown of cathode corona wire of electric filter in slag granulation dust collection system II of Shaoguan Smelter and introduces some technical improvement measures,which include change of corona wire type and installation mode,replacement of power supply device,adding of ceramic different saddle ring and water spray to adjust humidity of gas.With these measures the service life of corona wire is prolonged and the electric filter can effectively collect dust with high-ratio resistance,the dust in exhausted gas decreases from 180 mg/m3(average) to 5 mg/m3(average) and dust removing efficiency reaches more than 99.7%.
