船用焊接材料多国船级社认可试验的研究

收集了国外著名船级社的焊接材料规范,研究了其焊接材料规范的异同点,制定了满足各国船级社要求的联合认可试验规程,只要按照联合认可规程进行试验,就可达到各国船级社的规范要求.同时对3种烧结焊剂和1种焊条按照ABS、AWS、CCS、GL、LR、NK船级社的规范进行了熔敷金属、对接接头试验.结果表明,3种烧结焊剂和1种焊条符合五国船级社的规范要求,同时也符合AWS标准要求,对于焊接材料在造船行业上的推广应用打下了良好的基础.

Shipping approves test of welding comsumables by many national ship's classification societies

Welding material standards of many oversea famous ship' s classifiation societies were collected,their similarities and differences were investigated.The union approual test regulations to satisfy different countries requests were formulated.Experimeats of welding comsumables were carried out according to the union approval test regulations,the welding consumables can satisfy different contries requests.Experiments of deposited metal and butt joint for 3 kind of agglomerated fluxes and 1 kind of covered electrode according to ABS,AWS,CCS,GL,LR,the NK ship' s classification society standars were carried out.Results indicate that the fluxes and the electrode can meet to the requirement of five countries ship' s classification cociety and AWS standard,which build good foundation of popularization of welding material in shipbuilding profession.
