摘    要:荆门石化总厂柴油加氢精制装置由500kt/a改扩建为700kt/a,通过优化换热流程、优化操作方案,采用新型蝶形催化剂及新型高效过滤器等手段,使装置能耗降低了340.12MJ/t,装置处理能力扩大了40%。

Abstract:The capacity of a diesel hydrofining unit in Jingmen Petrochemical Company has been expanded to 700kt/a from the original 500kt/a by revamping. Through optimizing the heat exchange flow and operation program, applying butterfly type new catalyst and using novel high efficient filtering system, the energy consumption of the revamped unit was reduced by 340.12MJ/t.
