异步电机阻容制动中电容和电阻元件的选择

摘    要:利用三相异步电机的稳态等效电路,导出异步电机阻容制动时的数学,并编制了计算机仿真程序,通过样机测试,证实了仿真结果的正确性,通过仿真讨论了电容,电阻元件及转动惯量对制动过程的影响,利用仿真程序可方便地确定满足制动要求的电容,电阻元件并达到最佳匹配。

Abstract:By means of equivalent circuit of three-phase asychronous machines the mathematical model for dynamic braking are derived, and the computer simulation program is carried out. The simulated and measured results are in good agreement. The effects of capacitor, resistor and inertia constant on the braking process are discussed, the method of selecting for capacitor and resistor is given.
