| 摘 要： | 结合辊缝润滑技术在酒钢CSP的开发与应用，阐述了热轧工艺润滑的作用,探讨了辊缝润滑对轧制力、带钢表面质量、组织性能和轧机振动的影响。对比了不同条件下应用辊缝润滑的效果，为同类企业使用辊缝润滑提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The effects of lubrication technology for hot rolling mill was studied, combining with the practice development and application in JISCO. The influence of lubrication on surface quality of strip, mechanical properties, microstructure and mill chatter were discussed. The effect of different RGL modes were compared. .It provide reference for other rolling mill plant. |
