| 摘 要： | 从系统设计、系统开发和系统实现三方面介绍了构建一个基于GIS的房地产楼盘综合管理系统的具体技术方案,并给出了实现方法,指出利用GIS,对楼盘数据进行有效管理以及为房管部门、市民购房、开发商营销提供综合服务具有重要意义。
