湖南某矿石综合回收黑钨和锑的选矿试验研究

摘    要:依据工艺矿物学研究的矿石性质特点,研制了"优先浮辉锑矿-浮锑尾矿浮黑钨矿-黑钨粗精矿重选精选"的选矿工艺流程,对含WO3 0.86%、Sb 0.51%的给矿,获得了含Sb 24.60%的锑精矿,Sb回收率92.11%和含WO355.46%的黑钨精矿,WO3回收率77.41%。黑钨和锑均得到有效回收。

Abstract:Based on the technological mineralogy characters, the mineral processing of "stibnite preferential flotation, wolframite flotation out of desulfurization tailings, wolframite rough concentrate gravity concentration" was designed. With the raw ore containing WO3 0.86 %, Sb 0.51%, the following targets were obtained: stibnite concentrate grading 24.60 % Sb at a recovery of 92.11%; wolframite concentrate grading 55.46 % WO3 at a recovery of 77.41%. The wolframite and stibnite were effectively recovered.
