某低品位黑白钨共生矿选矿工艺研究

摘    要:某低品位复杂难选黑白钨矿矿物共生关系密切,嵌布粒度细,矿石性质差异性大,获得较好的技术指标较难。分别采用"磁-浮"黑钨白钨分类浮选选矿工艺和"浮-磁-浮"白钨优先浮选选矿工艺对该矿石进行选矿研究。"磁-浮"黑钨白钨分类浮选选矿工艺可获得品位72.59%,回收率30.15%的白钨精矿和品位55.36%,回收率47.81%的黑钨精矿,钨总回收率77.96%。"浮-磁-浮"白钨优先浮选选矿工艺获得WO3品位74.57%、回收率72.90%的白钨精矿和WO3品位28.88%、回收率8.48%的黑钨精矿,钨总回收率为81.38%。

Abstract:A complex and low grade wolframite-scheelite associated ore has the characteristics of fine granularity and complex embedded relations. It is difficult to obtain good technical indicators. We researched different processes, including magnetic separation-flotation process and flotation-magnetic separation-flotation process, to obtain good technical indicators. By means of magnetic separation-flotation process, scheelite cqncentrate with grade of 72.59 % WO3 and recovery rate of 30.15 %, and wolframite concentrate with grade of 55.36 % WO3 and recovery of 47.81%, were obtained with'the total tungsten recovery rate amounting to 77.96 %. By means of flotation- magnetic separation- flotation process, scheelite concentrate with grade of 74.57 % WO3 and recovery of 72.90 % , and wolframite concentrate with grade of 28.88 % WO3 and recovery of 8.48 %, were obtained with the total tungsten recovery rate amounting to 81.38 %.
