| 摘 要： | 该文主要讨论某车辆动力传动系统的刚度与强度有限元分析计算与改进优化, 该系统由结构和载荷都非常复杂的发动机、变速箱和连接体等组成, 文中首先建立传动系统的有限元分析模型, 施加载荷与几何约束, 然后进行计算和结果分析, 并提出结构改进优化措施.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the finite element analysis and structural improvement of a vehicle power transmission system’s strength. The system consists of the engine, gearbox, and linkage with complicated structural parts and loads. In the paper, first the finite element analytical model is created, and the loads and geometrical constraints are applied. Then the analysis is carried out, and the results are obtained. In addition, structural improvement of the transmission system is suggested. |
