摘    要:以沙棘籽为原料对超临界CO2萃取技术提取沙棘油的工艺条件进行了研究。分析了萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间、颗粒度以及物料填充量对沙棘油提取率的影响,通过单因素实验和正交试验得萃取沙棘油的最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力35MPa,温度40℃,时间2.5h,颗粒度为40目。萃取出的沙棘油出油率为7.68%。

Abstract:The technological conditions of extracting Seabuckthorn Oil with the supercritical -CO2 extraction from Seabuckthorn seeds were studied. Factors affecting extraction yield, such as extraction temperature, pressure, time, graininess, and weight faction were discussed. The single factor experiment and orthogonal test of supercritical CO2 extraction were carried out and optimal conditions were obtained as follows: pressure 35Mpa, temperature 40℃, time 2.5h and graininess 40mesh. Under such conditions, the extraction rate of Seabuckthorn Oil was 7.68%。
