| Abstract: | The key links and risk analysis methods of special operations in city gas enterprises are introduced. The rigid requirement for risk control measures is made. The operating license system is designed to control the key links of special operations. The practice shows that the unsafe behavior of workers can be effectively managed and controlled by this method. |
