吸附干燥器的改进与优化设计

摘    要:针对原吸附干燥器存在结构较为复杂、材质浪费过大、内部盘管焊接接头容易泄漏、设备使用寿命短、使用效果较差等问题.通过将其中的气体分布改为筛孔板结构、夹套与内筒之间巧妙增加加强圈等方面的改进设计,新的吸附干燥器结构简单,投资省.运行平稳、安全、可靠、高效,完全达到并满足生产和工艺要求。

Abstract:For the problems that the structure is complicated, material is wasted,leakage occurs easily at welding joint of inner oil tube,the life of equipment is short and the performance of the equipment is poor,some improvements were carried out, including the use of pore tray structure for gas distribution and the installation of stiffeners between the jacket and the inner cylinder.This new absorption dryer has the advantages with simple structure,little investment as well as smooth,safe,reliable and efficient performance.It can meet the requirement of process and production.
