FSW搭接接头界面迁移行为研究

摘    要:采用左、右螺纹搅拌针的搅拌头对不同热处理状态的2A12铝合金板材进行FSW搭接试验,研究了搅拌针螺纹旋向、材料性能对搭接接头界面迁移行为及接头拉剪强度的影响.研究结果表明:搅拌头顺时针旋转时,搭接界面在左螺纹搅拌针作用下向上迁移,而在右螺纹搅拌针作用下向下迁移且界面迁移高度较小.FSW搭接接头的拉剪强度随界面迁移高度的增加而减小.采用右螺纹搅拌针得到的搭接界面成形主要受下板材料性能影响,搭接时下板材料强度越高,其搭接界面向下迁移距离越大,而搭接界面变形宽度越小.

Abstract:The tools with left and right-threaded pin were used on FSW lap joints of 2A12 aluminum alloy in different heat treatment states. The influence of the material properties and the thread orientation on lap joint interface migration behavior was investigated, and the effect of lap joint interface migration on shear strength was analyzed. The results show that the lap interface when used the left-threaded pin migrates upward but the lap interface when used the right-threaded pin migrates downward, and the height of the interface migration is lower than that when used the left-threaded pin. The shear strength of FSW lap joint decreases with the increase of the height of interface migration. The formation of lap joint interface welded by the right-threaded pin is mainly influenced by the bottom sheet material performance. When the bottom sheet material strength is higher, the height of the lap interface migration is higher and the width of the lap interface deformation is narrower.
