微机控制的服装裁剪机结构设计

摘    要:通过对数控裁服装剪机裁剪过程以及相关辅助和支持功能的研究,结合计算机控制的特点,对数控裁服装剪机的自动裁剪、裁剪刀智能纠偏、自动抬刀和落刀、裁剪刀高速往复振动和裁剪过程自动磨刀等机构进行了设计,所设计的数控裁剪机具有低成本、高性价比的特点。样机试制和试验结果表明设计达到了预期目标。

Abstract:On the basis of studying the cutting procedure and some relative auxiliary and supporting functions, and taking the characteristics of CNC into consideration, this paper presents the design in terms of auto-cutting, intelligent deviation correcting of the cutting blade, auto-raising and dropping of the blade, high speed back-and-forth vibration of the blade and auto-blade-sharpening during cutting. The design has the advantage of low cost and high ratio of performance and price. The trial manufacture of the sample machine and experiment results reached the expected aim.
