电力调度自动化系统中多机冗余工作模式研究

摘    要:通过对目前常见的能量管理系统(EMS)、配电网管理系统(DMS)中前置数据采集子系统的各种工作模式的全面分析,指出这些系统中由于资源和应用分配不合理,导致系统运行中的资源浪费、冗余设备不能正确发挥作用、丢失信息、不能解决多点故障、误发控制命令等严重问题。给出了一种全新的按口值班工作模式,该模式不但能使系统的硬件资源和软件资源得到充分利用,且能对所有资源进行监视,各采集设备按照集群方式工作使得负荷均衡,保证系统冗余设备之间的无扰动切换,大大提高了系统的可用率。同时也为EMS、DMS中的其他子系统的多机冗余或其他信息通信系统的运行方式改进提供了一个新的思路。

Abstract:Through overall analysis of the many working modes of the front-End data collection systems in EMS and DMS,the paper pointed out many critical problems caused by the unfair distribution of resources and applications,such as wasting resource in system operation,improper action of redundancy equipments,information lost,failing of solving multipoint failures and mis-sending control command.A new mode of "Duty on Port" was given in this paper,which could not only make the best use of the hardware and software resource of the system,but also monitor all resources.Clustered working of the data acquisition equipments made loads balanced,guaranteed undisturbed switches between redundancy equipments,and greatly improved the availability of systems.And further more,it supplied a new way of the multi-computer redundancy of other sub-systems in EMS and DMS or working mode improving of other information communi-cation systems.
