摘    要:本研究采用了等密度及不等密度的三种双组份混合体系,考察了不同分离气速及不同原始配比时沉积组份的分离效率和分离速率;给出了这两种分离特性的定量关联式;提供了达到高效分离(分离效率大于90%)的气速选择范围;得到的分离速率的定量方程能成功预测实际焦粉-灰球混合体系的实验结果,为实际灰熔聚气化炉中分离柱的高效稳定操作提供了依据

Abstract:The particle segregation in binary mixtures has been reported by some re searchers. However, a quantitative correlation for predicting of the segregating rate (the rate ofdischarged jetsam) and a reasonable regulation of selecting the optimum segregating velocity(the gas velocity of produced high jetsam concentration) are still lacking. According to theactual demand of design and scaled-up in the ash agglomerating gasification, a 300x50mmtwo-dimensional jet-fluidized bed, simulating the ash agglomerating coal gasifier, was employedat the room temperature in this study. Three binary mixtures, simulating the actual coke-ashsystem in the gasifier, were choosen to investigate segregating characteristics (segregating effi ciency and segregating rate) of the jetsam component. It was found for the first time that thejetsam segregating efficiency was only related to a non-dimensional segregating gas velocity.The influences of segregating gas velocity and mean jetsam concentration (weight percent) onparticle segregation characteristics were examined by detailed experiments. Based on thesedata, two empirical correlations vere obtained for the prediction of segregating efficiency andsegregating rate. Furthermore, the optimum range of segregating gas velocity, at which thesegregating efficiency is higher than 90%, can be quantitatively determined by the above correlations. All of the results from this study can be used as a guide for industrial design andstable operation of a fluidized segregation column of an actual ash agglomerating coal gasifier
