X70级管道环焊缝接头残余应力数值模拟

摘    要:根据试验确定了X70级管线钢管环焊热源模型,并利用数值模拟软件Sysweld计算了焊接热循环过程,确定了焊接接头在焊接过程中温度和应力的变化过程及其分布,以及焊后残余应力的大小和分布。计算结果不仅可以预测焊后残余应力,还可以为优化焊接参数、改善焊接接头组织性能提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at X70 pipeline steel pipe,this paper establishes a heat source model of pipeline girth weld based on testing,and calculates welding heat cycle process by using numerical simulation software,and also determines variety process and distribution of temperature and stress in welding joint during welding,as well as magnitude and distribution of residual stress post-weld. Calculation results not only predicts post weld residual stress,but also provides useful reference for optimizing welding parameters and improving joint’s micro-structure.
