PPy/SiO2纳米复合材料导电机理的研究

摘    要:在水介质中的化学方法合成了PPy/SiO2纳米复合材料,并利用元素分析,四探针技术和透射电镜等研究了它的导电机理。结果表明,载流于可以分子链内,分子链之间和聚合物聚集体颗粒之间传导。

Abstract:By means of elemental microanalysis,fourpoint measurement and transmission electron microscopy (TEM),the conducting mechanism of PPy/SiO2 nanocomposite prepared by chemical polymerization in water has been researched in detail.It implies that charge carriers can conduct along PPy chains,between PPy chains and across polymer aggregates.
