| 摘 要： | 如何提高ａ－Ｓｉ：Ｈ太阳电池的转变效率和稳定性一直是人们最关心的问题。本实验采用一种新型的Ｇｌａｓｓ／ＩＴＯ／ＴｉＳｉ２／ｐｉｎ／Ａｌ双层前电极ａ－Ｓｉ：Ｈ太阳电池，通过老化处理后发现，这种新型电池较之常规电池主要参数均改善，电池的稳定性明显提高。
