兰州石化高浓度化工污水芬Fenton化试验研究

摘    要:针对石化企业化工污水难生化处理、污染物含量高等治理难题,以兰州石化高浓度有机化工污水为研究对象,采用Fenton氧化工艺对污水进行了预处理试验研究,结果显示,在pH4.0,双氧水投加量10mL/L,nFe2+]/nH2O2]为1:10,反应时间为60min时,出水CODCr去除率达41.39%,污水可生化性也有较大的提高,利于后续的生化处理。

Abstract:To resolve the difficulty of organic chemical wastewater treatment for low bio-treatrment efficiency and high contamination content, the measure of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process was used as pretreatmcnt process to treat the high concentration organic chemical wastewater of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the reduce rate of COD reached to 41.39 % under the prime condition ofpH 4.0, H2O2 dosage was 10 mL/L, nFe^2+]/nH2O2] was 1 : 10, the reaction time was 60 min. The biodegradability ofwastewater was improved greatly and that was advantaged to biologicat treatment next.
