甩负荷试验中汽轮机最高飞升转速的预测方法与探讨

摘    要:依据某600 MW亚临界汽轮发电机组甩负荷试验数据理论计算出该机组的最大飞升转速,并与试验结果进行了比较,发现计算结果与实测值有着较好的一致性。同时就如何抑制转速飞升量及试验整体控制等问题进行了探讨,为机组预测甩负荷最高飞升转速及安全稳定运行提供了参考依据。

Abstract:This paper mainly calculates the maximum speed rise of a 600 MW subcritical unit based on the data of unit load rejection tests, theoretical and experimental results is consistent. Study was made on how to restrain speed rise and on the overall control of tests, It will provide important reference for forecasting the maximum speed rise in load rejection tests and the security and stability of the units.
