纳米等离子处理对提高牙科合金金瓷结合性的研究

摘    要:为提高烤瓷材料与牙科合金之间的结合强度,采用Ar^ 离子轰击溅射清洁表面处理和等离子体刻蚀活化处理,并在牙科合金表面沉积纳米Al2O3膜,进行纳米表面处理。结果表明,通过处理的牙科合金与烤瓷的结合强度有所提高,当Al2O3膜厚约为1000nm时,抗折强度达到最大,为47.68MPa.与传统方法相比提高近70%,纳米膜的适宜厚度在700~1200nm之间。

Abstract:In order to increase the bond strength between porcelains and alloy, Ar ion was used to attack the surface of alloy firstly and then a film of nano-Al_2O_3 was deposited on the surface of alloy. The results showed that after the treatment of the surface of alloy, the bond strength between porcelains and alloy could increase by 70%. When the thickness of nano-Al_2O_3 film is 1000 nm,the largest bond strength can reach to 47.68 MPa and the suitable thickness of nano-Al_2O_3 film is between 700 and 1200 nm.
