双列复速级轮系振动特性的三维有限元法

摘    要:采用三维8节点等非协调单元离散叶片和轮盘,建立了以列复速级轮系振动的有限元计算模型。运用接触罚单元方法处理了叶片和叶轮的连接及叶根支承柔度问题,依据上述有限元模型编制了双列复速级轮系的三维网络剖分程序和轮系振动特性有限元计算程序,通过对实例的计算分析,并与实测值比较吻合良好。

Abstract:In this thesis, 3D-8Node incompatible isoparament element was employed to plot blade and disk of the system, and the finite element calculation model of double-velosity stage was also established. In the light of the contact condition betweem balde and disk, the contact penalty function method was employed to solve the effect of the flexibility of blade roots upon the dynamic characteristics of bladed disk system. A micro-computer program has been completed by using the mentioned finite element model. It has been used in predicting the dynamic characteristics of actual double-velocity bladed disk, the predicted natural frequency is quite satisfying.
