基于模糊的冷挤压工艺设计专家系统关键技术研究

摘    要:开发冷挤压工艺设计专家系统主要包括冷挤压工艺设计领域知识库构建和推理机制实现2个方面。利用面向对象、模糊产生式以及模糊框架等知识表示方法,提出了一种基于模糊的面向对象的异构知识混合表示法,并在此基础上构建了冷挤压工艺设计领域知识库;利用基于可信度理论和基于模糊理论等不确定性推理方法,提出了广义可信度的概念和一种基于广义可信度的模糊推理方法,实现了冷挤压工艺设计专家系统的推理机制。

Abstract:The cold extrusion process planning system mainly includes the system knowledge base and the reasoning mechanism.A kind of fuzzy-based object-oriented knowledge representation method was realized based on object-oriented method,fuzzy-rules and fuzzy-frame knowledge representation methods,and the dominant knowledge base was established.The concept of generalized reliability and the generalized reliability-based fuzzy reasoning method was put forward,which realizes the reasoning mechanism of the cold extrusion process planning system.
